CalMame Terms of Service
Effective: October 30, 2026
These terms set out the conditions for using the calendar app CalMame (“the app”) provided by Kuromame Lab (“we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. About the app
The app shows the events in your Google Calendar and lets you add, edit, and delete them. Your events are stored in your Google Calendar, and Google’s terms apply to your use of Google Calendar.
2. Price
The app is currently free. If we add paid features, we will announce them in advance on this page and in the app.
3. Prohibited use
- Use that violates laws or public order and morals
- Placing excessive load on, or gaining unauthorized access to, the app or its servers
- Using someone else’s Google account without their permission
4. No guarantees
- The authoritative record of your events is your Google Calendar; the app is a tool to view it more easily. Because of network conditions, issues on Google’s side, or bugs in the app, events may appear late or not at all. Please check important events in Google Calendar as well.
- We do not guarantee that the app will run without interruption, be free of bugs, or fit your purpose.
- Changes to or discontinuation of Google’s services may make some or all of the app unavailable.
5. Changes to or end of the service
We may change the app or stop providing it after giving notice. Even if the app ends, your events remain in your Google Calendar.
6. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes to these terms on this page. By using the app after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over the operator’s address shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute about the app.
This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
